As camas requerem uma substituição e o requinte do quarto é pobre. Nao encontrei conforto bastante que sustentasse a classificação do hotel como sendo de 4 estrelas. O restaurante do hotel também não tem opções agradáveis para evitar a saida dos hospedes para restaurantes vizinhos.

Diversidade, qualidade do pequeno almoço.
Falta de limpeza das janelas, equipamentos um pouco ultrapassados e com mal funcionamento... poucas almofadas.

"Enorme desilusão... "
Pequeno almoço muito bem confeccionado e variado, e a disponibilidade dos funcionários para tentarem melhorar a experiência da nossa estadia.
Erro no tipo de quarto atribuído, alcatifa do quarto manchada, lençóis manchados, falta de champô na casa de banho, porta da casa de banho danificada, elevador não abria a porta no andar do quarto, agora dá piscina fria, água do jacuzzi gelada, balneários do spa sem aquecimento. Falta de tomadas de electricidade disponíveis, e ausência de tomadas junto à cabeceira da cama. A precisar de remodelação, algo que parece não ter acontecido nos últimos 60 anos.
